Welcome to Otso Teach. By accessing or using our coaching academy platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Description of Services Otso Teach provides an autonomous AI-powered educational coaching and assessment platform designed to assist registered learners in studying examination syllabi.
2. User Accounts & Authenticity - You must provide accurate, verified information during registration. - Account sharing and unauthorized automation of student sessions are strictly prohibited. - Single admin authority governs platform configurations in compliance with ADR-016.
3. Academic Integrity & Honest Conduct Otso Teach is a study coaching system. Users agree not to utilize generated explanations or examination prompts for fraudulent academic submissions or exam cheating.
4. BYOK Compute & Third-Party APIs When utilizing Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) features, you are directly responsible for compliance with the terms and rate limits of your designated model provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter).
5. Limitation of Liability The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind regarding specific examination pass guarantees.
