Security & Audit Notice:

Administrative operations are protected by sudo re-authentication and recorded in an immutable audit ledger. Staff cannot read private message bodies without triggering a logged security event.

1. Subscription & Compute Model Otso Teach operates on a transparent, honest pricing model. Platform access subscriptions and BYOK compute tiers operate with distinct billing scopes.

2. Cancellation You may cancel your platform membership at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the conclusion of your current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility Refund requests submitted within 7 calendar days of initial account subscription activation are eligible for a full refund if less than three study sessions have been initiated.
